 - I came accross Kevin Weaver while I was looking for some ideas on a new hot 20 caliber cartridge.  I had the idea of necking down a 225 win, blowing the shoulder out to somewhere in the 30 - 60 degreee ranges with minimal body taper.  He and I talked back and forth of different varations of this until we dedided on the 40 dergree version.  If you are into wildcats, Kevin is a wealth of knowledge.  He has more wildcat reamers on hand than std.
